Selective process
There are two steps to joining Prisma, namely:
1st - Selection Process
The first phase is the Selection Process. During this stage, individual and group dynamic interviews are carried out, in addition to the delivery of a caif.
2nd - Processesonly Trainee
For those who go through the selection process filter, they go through the Trainee Process. This stage consists of departmental tasks that must be delivered, in addition to mandatory meetings, in order to show the experience and day-to-day of each department.
Our selection process is carried out twice a year, each at the beginning of each semester.
To enroll, you must be enrolled in the International Relations course at PUC-SP. And fill our form with your details when the registration is open.

Our Areas
ADMINISTRATIVE-
FINANCIAL
The Administrative-Financial department is divided into the Legal and Financial departments and is responsible for the regularization and legal existence of the company. It prepares consulting contracts and budgets and assists in the financial planning of other departments, controlling and analyzing expenses. In addition, it promotes Happy Hours and company integration trips.
Communication
Composed of two departments, Marketing and Public Relations, the Communication department is responsible for managing Prisma's image in our official means of communication, carrying out and/or reviewing content published by the company. The department is also responsible for holding events, organizing our partnerships and thinking and developing strategies that facilitate our dialogue with the public.
Business
The Business department is divided into the Sales and Projects departments and is responsible for prospecting and holding meetings with clients and selling development services, in addition to carrying out various surveys for our consultants.
Human Resources
The Human Resources department is responsible for managing, organizing, and, mainly, helping employees through projects and organization methods . It is the department that deals with analyzing the development of people who work at Prisma, as well as their productivity and attitude towards the company.

The steps of the Selection Process change every semester, however, some steps are kept such as:

If approved, the candidate passes to the Trainee process, where he will carry out tasks for each department of the company.
Can I choose which department to work in?
No. The Organizing Committee of the Selection Process and Trainee analyze the candidates' skills and aptitudes and assess where the person will best develop.
Who can apply?
Any student enrolled in the International Relations course at PUC-SP.
